Return Policy

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products when the return requirements below are met.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Eligible Product Condition

Returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with original packaging or tags when applicable.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it.

Change of Mind Returns

For non-defective items, products must still meet the condition requirements above. Items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged by the customer, or returned without required packaging may be refused.

Return Method

Returns are accepted by mail only. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

Return Label and Return Cost

After your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. Do not send items back without approval.

Return Address

Approved returns are sent to our U.S. return center. Return instructions will include the correct return address for your item. A primary return location is 1505 Wallace Dr, Carrollton, TX 75006, United States.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If you need a different item, color, or size, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
