Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved when an eligible item is returned within the 30-day return window and meets our Return Policy requirements.

Refunds may also be approved if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect and our customer service team confirms the issue.

Refund Processing Time

After we receive and inspect an approved return, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs may be refunded when the return is caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. For change of mind returns, original shipping costs may not be refundable unless required by law.

Order Cancellations

Non-Refundable Situations
