Shipping Carrier: USPS/UPS

Each item you order is custom made, meaning we do not hold stock in a warehouse. Printing typically takes 1-3 business days. Our global network of skilled third-party printers ensures high-quality production. The product type and shipping address determine the manufacturing location, so your order may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Your order will be shipped directly to your chosen address, whether it's your home, office, or another location. Once shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping & Handling

Production Time: All orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days. A 'business day' refers to any weekday, excluding public holidays and weekends.
Shipping Time: Typically, shipping takes 3 – 7 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time (from order confirmation)

Delivery Time: 4 – 10 business days.
Tracking Number: When available, you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to track your package online.
Shipping Costs: $5.99 per item (except for Heavy Blend Hooded Sweatshirts and Heavy Blend Crewneck Sweatshirts, which are $7.99 per item).
Free Shipping: For orders over $186.00.
Insurance: We offer a 100% refund guarantee if your order is not delivered within 30 days.
Note: We only ship on business days, excluding national holidays.
