Shipping Policy

At Acmchic, every product is made just for you. We collaborate with a network of professional print providers across the U.S. to ensure each order is created and delivered with care.

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email including your order number, summary, total, and shipping address.

Carriers & Production

We primarily ship via USPS and UPS. Since all products are made to order, we do not hold any inventory. Production usually takes 1–3 business days. Depending on the type of item and shipping location, you may receive your order in multiple packages at different times.

Once shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with tracking details when available.

Shipping & Handling

  • Production Time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays)
  • Shipping Time: 3–5 business days
  • Estimated Total Delivery: 4–8 business days from confirmation
  • Shipping Cost: $5.99 per item (Heavy Blend items: $7.99 per item)
  • Free Shipping: On orders over $186
  • Insurance: Full refund if not received within 30 days

Delivery Regions

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. Orders outside the U.S. cannot be fulfilled at this time.

Customs & Taxes

All products are printed and shipped within the U.S., so you won’t incur additional duties or customs fees. The price displayed at checkout is the final price.

Shipping Tips

  • Use accurate and complete shipping addresses
  • Ensure payment is completed correctly
  • Avoid requesting rerouting from the shipping carrier after dispatch
