Returns and Exchanges
At Acmchic, all our products are custom-made to order. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, style preference, or buyer’s remorse. However, if you received an item that was printed on the wrong garment style, wrong color, or significantly different from what you ordered, please email us at [email protected] and our team will gladly assist you in getting the correct item quickly and at no additional cost.
We value your satisfaction and will do our best to resolve any issues in a timely and fair manner.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If you find your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We encourage you to include a photo of the issue to speed up the review process. Our support team will evaluate the situation and work with you to resolve the issue, whether it be a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account. Note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
